Vacation rentals are simply less expensive

You and two of your friends decide to go on a nice four day vacation. you look at various hotels in the area that peak your interest, you find the perfect hotel, you review the availability of their rooms and are ready to book. the hotel is $125 per night and ready to go.

The hotel: 3 people for 3 rooms @ $125 per night for 7 nights @ 11% tax = $2,914

The vacation rental: sleeps up to 5 @ $99 per night for 7 nights + $75 cleaning fee @ 11% tax = $844            Congratulations, you just saved $2,070!

Larger space and better privacy

Comforts of home

Remember that hotel you were about to book, remember it only has a shot gun style room with only enough room for a bed and a tiny bathroom, well you won't find that issue with a vacation rental. You can expect large size homes or condos typicially starting at the size of the very expensive suite at that hotel of only 800 square feet. Vacation rentals provide full kitchens, living rooms, dining rooms, individual bedrooms, the possibilities are endless of what is provided. Tired of your neighbor stomping their feet, not at your vacation rental.

So much more than just a single room

Vacation rentals range in amenities from luxury spa bathrooms to gaming and theater rooms. tired of eating out all night, go to the local food market or grocery and cook your own food. have left overs from that delicious meal you just purchased, not problem, you have a full size refrigerator to store all you food and drinks. The amenities of most vacation rentals far exceed that of any hotel, and the beauty of it, they don't nickel and dime you for these comforts either.

Geared towards friends, groups, and children

Not only do you get space in a vacation rental with all the wonderful comforts of home, you also get to experience the home itself, a villa in Napa Valley, an old Victorian in downtown, an old farm house on a horse farm, a tutor home in the suburbs. There are a lot of other benefits that some rentals offer, like a private pool or hot tub, a trampoline for the kids, a basketball hoop, or a boathouse on the river with a bar.

Ever had trouble finding rooms next to each other or even on the same floor. Want your children to be in their own room without you having to book an additional one. Most hotels are not geared to accommodate these needs, vacation rentals are. Want to save money and cook for all your friends and all pitch in for the groceries, here is your chance. There's nothing better than being able to hang out with your friends around the kitchen while cooking, eating and enjoying each other's company.

Frankfort, Ky Capital
What does Frankfort have to offer?

Frankfort Suites is a short drive to the history and railroad museums, art galleries, antique shops, restaurants, the Civic Center, and Old and New Capitols. The Historic District is also just a couple of stop lights away. Furthermore, we are located approx. 50 miles from Louisville (Churchill Downs, Louisville Slugger Museum, and University of Louisville) and 25 miles from Lexington (Keeneland, Kentucky Horsepark, and University of Kentucky). At the end of our street is Buffalo Trace Distillery, known for once being part of the Infamous Bourbon Trail. Frankfort's Riverview Park Walking trail also starts at the end of our street and whether biking or walking, you'll enjoy the scenery along the riverside... landing in Historic Downtown Frankfort, and just beside the historic haunted Liberty Hall and its Gardens. Frankfort is a quaint town with lots to offer. Frankfort offers everything from boating on the river, to site seeing, to visiting historic landmarks like Daniel Boone's Grave. During the summer months you can also enjoy free music concerts on the Old Capitol lawn while enjoying some of the food and spirits sold by surrounding shops. If scheduled in advance, you can even enjoy a free tour of the river by pontoon sponsored by our city. Many things to do, and tours to take.
