Daniel Boone's Grave
Come visit the grave of Daniel Boone. Daniel Boone's Grave is located on the top of Frankfort overlooking the beautiful view of river and downtown area.

Kentucky Knows takes the barrels of Buffalo Trace Distillery barrels and makes wonderful various crafts from cutting boards, lazy Susans to bourbon barrel grills. What also makes Kentucky Knows unique is the amazing bourbon barrel aged coffee. Located at 337 West Broadway St in downtown Frankfort is a must stop place. Everyone who enters this shop can taste the history of Kentucky through bourbon barrel aged coffee.

The Kentucky River
The Kentucky River has been a wonderful past time and still is today. in Frankfort, we are upping our game of things to do on the River. Frankfort has a River Walk that people can walk, bike, and run a long the banks of the Kentucky River. There is the Ward Oates Amphitheater in downtown Frankfort and is right on the River just past Liberty Hall.
The Kentucky River offers a beautiful landscape, as well as, lots of recreation and fun for the whole family. The City and the State of Kentucky want people from all over Kentucky and out-state people to enjoy the river and come to Frankfort.

Downtown Frankfort
St. Claire St and Broadway are the intersection of downtown life in Frankfort. With wine, art, pottery, the Old Capital Lawn, great food, antiques, and a the Grand Theater there is plenty to do. During the summer you can sit on the Old Capital Lawn and enjoy music, food, and company of friends.

Downtown Trolley
April 3rd to October 27 from 10 am to 2:30 pm from Tuesday through Saturday. Not only is the Trolley rides a great way to see Frankfort and enjoying the ride, it is completely FREE!
